Report a problem¶
Found a bug? Tell us on GitHub — you do not need to be technical, and you do not need a Carers Portal account, just a free GitHub one.
The form asks what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously.
Never include a participant's details
Reports are public. Describe the problem without names, dates of birth, NDIS numbers or anything from a care record. If you must share something sensitive, email privacy@carersportal.me instead.
