Plans and seats¶
Carers Portal has two plans. They include the same features, shift notes and care records, and mobile and web access, and differ only in how many people can use your team's portal.

Current prices are on the pricing page. Every plan bills monthly, quarterly or yearly.
How users are counted¶
Each person who can sign in to your team's portal is one user, called a seat.
- Every active member of your team is one user.
- Every invite that has not been accepted yet is also one user, so a pending invite holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
- When someone accepts an invite it counts once: the invite becomes the member, so they are not counted twice.
- Participants never count. Adding or removing a participant does not change your user count.
- Suspended or removed members do not count, and neither do revoked invites.
On Basic, Admin → Users and Admin → Billing show where you stand, for example 6 of 10 users, with the split between members and pending invites.
Standard has no limit
On Standard nothing is counted against you. You can invite as many family members and workers as you need.
