Sign in¶
Go to carersportal.me and choose Sign in.
You can sign in two ways:
Use the email address your administrator invited. The first time, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to set one — you will get an email with a link.
Verify your email first
If your email address has not been verified, sign-in is refused with "Please verify your email address before signing in." Check your inbox (and junk folder) for the verification email and click the link, then try again.
Choose Continue with Google and pick the Google account that matches the email address your administrator invited.
Which email do I use?¶
The one your administrator added you with. Access is tied to the email address, so jo@example.com and jo.smith@example.com are different people to the portal. If you are not sure, ask your administrator — see Access is pending?.
Staying signed in¶
The portal keeps you signed in on that device until you choose Sign out from the menu, or until you have been away for a long time. On a shared device, always sign out.
