My shifts

My shifts is where support workers see the shifts they are rostered on, starting from today.

Open My shifts

Open Roster from the dashboard. If you are not an administrator, you land on My shifts. Next to it is Full roster, a read-only view of the whole week. Administrators have a My shifts tab too, next to the planning tabs.

What you see

Your shifts are listed day by day, from today, with today marked. Under the heading, the portal tells you the time zone the times are in and how far ahead the list goes, for example Showing today to 25 October 2026.

Each shift shows:

  • the time, with +1 if the shift ends the next day,
  • the shift type,
  • who else is on it: With: and their names, or Just you,
  • the Admin note from the administrator, if there is one.

If a shift has been cancelled it stays on your list, struck through and marked Cancelled, so you know it was cancelled and did not just go missing. Cancelled shifts do not show their notes.

Appointments for the participant also appear in the day they fall on, marked Appointment, so you can see what else is happening that day. See Appointments.

Look further ahead

The list opens with the next 14 days. Choose Load more to add another 14 days. You can look ahead about a year.

If you are not rostered on anything in the period, the page says No upcoming shifts or appointments.

Full roster

Full roster shows the whole week for everyone, with the same Previous week, This week and Next week buttons as administrators have. You can look, but you cannot change anything.

Your shifts in your own calendar

If your Profile page shows a Shift calendar card, you can see your shifts in your own calendar app too. See See your shifts in your own calendar.

After a shift

When you write the shift note, you can link it to the shift you worked. See Link a shift note to your shift.
